The trust is blessed with its own gym at the Clubhouse site. 

The gym has a range of cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and free weights. 

We are an unmanned gym so all users require a thorough induction, following which they are supplied with their own access fob.

This enables us to open the gym 365 days a year between 5am and 11pm. 

Membership is just £15 a month with offers for couples and family available.
