Ellie is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist practising both here at the clubhouse and in Exeter, treating a wide range of conditions and people of all ages.

Her particular interests include: women’s health (including fertility, postpartum and menopausal symptoms), mental-emotional issues (including anxiety, depression, stress), digestive issues and autoimmunity.

Rachael Mitchell is a qualified "Be activated" practitioner. This cutting edge treatment works holistically to re-set and re-boot the brain and body, increasing it's ability to perform, build resilience and reduces risk of injury on all levels of play and everyday life.

Harriet is yoga teacher and practitioner. She has a wealth of experience including holding qualifications in pregnancy yoga and a yoga therapy diploma.

She is bringing her popular class here to the Clubhouse on a Sunday and also runs other classes and events across Dartmoor and online.

Amy began teaching Yoga in 2023 as a way to share her yoga practice with others and pass on the benefits of yoga that she had experienced. She teaches with openness, friendliness and humor, and everyone is encouraged to listen to their own body and adjust the practice according to their own needs.

The class is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. Expect energetic, dynamic practice but finishes with a lovely savasana (relaxation) to finish.

The lovely Louise runs Pilates for Horse riders here at the studio.
Running over 6-8 week blocks on Thursdays starting at 5:15.
